This resource is designed to support students and parents with navigating and using Microsoft Teams for Writing Symphony classes. Here, you'll find tips for attending virtual classes, submitting assignments, and collaborating in the Teams environment.

Writing Symphony provides every student with a Microsoft 365 account. These accounts allow them to access the online versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and meet in Teams.

Your student's login information can be found in the welcome email sent from support at support@writingsymphony.com. If you can not login or find the login information, please contact support.

Notes

  • Our Teams classes have a waiting room, and students must be admitted by an instructor.

  • The link to your student’s virtual classroom can be found in the “General” tab of their Teams class. Clicking the link will take you directly to the online classroom where the weekly meetings are held. This link was also included in your welcome email.

  • The meeting link is also posted at the top of the General page under a tab titled “Class Meeting Link” in the Teams class.
