Students in Allegro will learn to apply the methodology and system through advanced writing techniques, outlining focused facts, and note taking. The Allegro level virtual class sessions will provide assignments designed to help students prepare for more advanced writing requirements. The elements of structure and style are added from the system to continue to build confidence and competence in writing. Grammar rule teaching continues to build towards an advanced level and vocabulary levels increase. Students will be writing every week. Source texts will vary in topic; vocabulary and reading strategies will be taught as applicable and appropriate.
Allegro Student Writing Example
Course Prerequisites: None
Each of the eight modules contains four lessons. Student-specific feedback will be provided during every lesson.
Focus: Continue to use the methodology to advance writing through outlining focused facts and note taking; preparation for more advanced writing requirements; and elements of structure and style.
