Writing Symphony Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction Matters

Our goal is to ensure that our courses meet your needs. However, if you find that you need to withdraw and/or request a refund, we are here to assist you through the process. Please refer to our refund policy below for more details.

Writing Symphony Refund Policy

Our grade-level writing courses consist of eight (8) modules, each containing four (4) lessons. Adult classes and High School Essay courses consist of twelve (12) lessons, while our Specialty Writing Workshops include ten (10) lessons.

Cancellation Before the Module Start Date

  • A full refund will be issued for the module, minus the credit card processing fee.

Cancellation After the First Class of a Module

  • A 50% refund will be issued for the remaining three classes in the module, minus the credit card processing fee.
  • A full refund will be issued for any untaken modules, minus the credit card processing fee.

Cancellation After the Second Class of a Module

  • No refund will be issued for the remaining classes in the module.
  • A full refund will be issued for any untaken modules, minus the credit card processing fee.

If you choose to withdraw your student from their class, contact the Writing Symphony Support Team at support@writingsymphony.com.

*Amilia, the registration platform utilized by Writing Symphony, charges the following credit card fee: 3.75% of the registration total + $0.30 per transaction. It will be refunded if the class is canceled by Writing Symphony. The fee will not be refunded if you choose to withdraw from the course.
