Explore New Ideas Through Creative Writing

Each workshop is designed to engage students in meaningful writing activities that develop both skill and creativity. Classes are taught live on Microsoft Teams and include personalized feedback to support every student’s progress.

Our writing workshops are a great fit for both new and returning students. The small-group format allows students to interact, ask questions, and build confidence in a creative and encouraging space.

Workshops meet once a week for one hour, with a total of ten lessons per course.

Workshops Include:

• Creative Writing - Strengthen storytelling and explore voice, detail, and structure.
• Poetry - Experiment with rhyme, rhythm, and imagery in original poems.
• Writing from Pictures - Use visual inspiration to spark narrative ideas.
• Dramatic Storytelling - Learn to build suspense and emotion in writing.
• World Building for Fantasy Writers - Create original characters, settings, and fantasy plots.
