Notification Requirement: We understand that illness and emergencies can occur, and we will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis. Parents must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, when possible, if their child will not be attending a class. Notifications can be sent via:

Missed Classes:

If we are notified in advance, we can:

• Provide a video recording of the class and/or
• Offer a makeup class at the instructor's discretion.
• For single student classes, if we are notified of an absence in advance, we may extend the class end date by one week to accommodate the missed material.

Parents who do not notify us in advance will forfeit the opportunity for a makeup lesson or class extension and will receive a video recording of the class.

Teacher Absences: If a teacher is unable to teach their class due to unforeseen circumstances or unexpected emergencies, we will make every effort to arrange for a substitute teacher. If a substitute is not available, we will attempt to schedule a makeup session with the regular teacher or a substitute within the same week. Should neither option be feasible, the class end date will be extended by one week to ensure all material is covered.
